Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life and we have tailored two packages to embrace the event in as little or as much detail as you may want.  The first provides a simple coverage on the day itself whilst the second will give you an all encompassing service which fills in every aspect of the preparation and the day itself.  Most importantly however, we recognise the need to tailor our work to the needs of the couple and this is why we expect most of our clients to opt for the ‘Personal’ package so that your expectations are fully met.

 

All of the packages include a meeting with the happy couple well in advance of the day to draw up a detailed itinerary according to the couple’s requirements.  This will ensure the photographer(s) time is diaried appropriately for the couple for subsequent preparations and photographic work ahead of the big day.

The ‘Essentials’ Wedding Package

Our ‘Essentials’ package is for those couples who want to capture the essence of the day through a professional service with minimum intrusion on the day.  As with all of our wedding packages, we will offer advice appropriate to the day in advance and visit the venue beforehand to ensure we can make the best use of the local setting and fit in with the instructions of the wedding provider, for example the parish priest or registrar.

 

On the day itself, we will arrive at the wedding venue in plenty of time to photograph the groom and his assistants and to photograph the bride’s arrival.  After the service and signing of the register we will complete a full set of formal photographs to your previously discussed requirements, taking best advantage of the local landscape opportunities.

 

We will endeavour to provide a set of photos within two weeks of the day online through our password protected web site, watermarked on a CD or through small 6x4 in. prints from which you will be able to choose photographs to go in an album of up to 40 pages.  We will meet again to discuss your final copy requirements for electronic and printed media, which will be delivered to you along with a complimentary set of 6x4 prints.  A complete copy of your photographs will be stored electronically by ourselves for up to 10 years.

 

The ‘Complete’ Wedding Package

This wedding package provides the bride and groom with the full profile of service we offer from the initial meeting through to post processing and the provision of printed and digital media to provide a lasting memory of the whole wedding experience.

 

Our service begins with a meeting approximately two months before the wedding day to plan in detail the forthcoming events.  This will be followed by a pre-wedding, informal photographic shoot of the couple, the photographs from which will be prepared in the format of your choice.  This may be a large scale print or ‘Wedding Wishes’ album to be present at the evening reception for people to write messages on.

 

We will visit the venues before the day to check out the best locations for photographs and confirm with you the full list of photographs you require on the day.  On the day of the service we will be with both bride and groom before the wedding ceremony to capture the full flavour of the day (and so you can see what each other got up to!) before meeting up with you both at the venue for the service.  Following the ceremony, two photographers will be on hand to capture the formal photographs and informal reportage photographs of the guests.  We will also take the bride and groom off for some additional posed photos if time permits.

 

One of the photographers will accompany the wedding party to the following wedding breakfast and evening reception to capture the key moments in the ret of the day, for example cutting the cake and the first dance.  He will then remain with the wedding until he is satisfied that he has captured the spirit of the day in pictures.  You can of course ask for any specific photographic opportunities to be captured in that time.

 

The photographs will be provisionally prepared over not more than a two week period immediately after the event and the photos will be made available to you through a password protected website, watermarked on a CD or through small 6x4in. prints from which you will be able to choose photographs to go in an album of up to 40 pages.  We will meet up with you to discuss the content of your printed and digital photo albums, which we will endeavour to provide within the following two weeks.  A complete copy of your photographs will be stored electronically by ourselves for up to 10 years.

 

Additional options for this package include provision of a full set of high resolution digital images and a personalised set of Thank You cards, available upon request.

 

The ‘Personal’ Wedding Package

We recognise the importance of being able to deliver a package that exactly meets your requirements and expect many of our clients will prefer to choose which elements of the ‘Complete’ package to have.  We therefore give clients the chance to do exactly this through our ‘Personal’ package, in which we invite you to choose from our comprehensive menu of options what services you want to include.  We then tailor our work to fit in around those requirements.
